Returns & Exchanges

At Alegria™ Shoes, we want you to love every step you take; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn footwear. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Alegria™ box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container with the return label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
